**Job Title:** Account Executive **Role Summary:** Own and close medium‑to‑large NetSuite ERP consulting opportunities, driving revenue growth for a remote service‑provider; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborating across growth, marketing and product teams. **Expactations:** • Deliver net revenue that exceeds quarterly quota 110%‑120% of target. • Manage a pipeline generating 5‑6‑figure deals with a 100‑day sales cycle. • Contribute to forecasting accuracy and process improvement. • Maintain high activity volume (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) and precise CRM records. • Attend Oracle NetSuite events, client visits, and internal webinars. • Work within a 30%+ travel budget and participate in virtual or in‑person brand events. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Build and execute tailored outbound prospecting strategy aligned with Sky High's ICP and personas. 2. Conduct discovery conversations to uncover digital‑marketing pain points and map NetSuite ROI. 3. Develop and present solution‑centric proposals to senior‑level decision makers. 4. Manage opportunity lifecycle: qualification, negotiation, closing, and post‑close hand‑off. 5. Forecast quarterly pipeline, update and report on deal stage metrics. 6. Collaborate with marketing on align‑content, webinars, and events. 7. Travel to Oracle offices and client sites to conduct demos and workshops. 8. Maintain CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) with 100% data accuracy. 9. Provide feedback on product and go‑to‑market strategy and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills:** • 3+ years NetSuite or ERP‑consulting sales experience with demonstrated quota attainment. • Proven track record closing 5‑6‑figure deals in medium to large enterprises. • Strong strategic communication (written & verbal) and negotiation. • Ability to work independently, adapt strategies, and manage long sales cycles. • Data‑driven mindset, comfortable with forecasting and CRM analytics. • High energy, resilience and a fearless, risk‑taking attitude. • Comfortable traveling to Oracle and customer sites. • Team player with an appetite for coaching and feedback. **Required Education & Certifications:** • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. • Equivalent professional experience in a late‑stage startup or software/business‑services sales environment.
