Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Strategist (Performance & Growth) Role Summary: Drive revenue growth through performance marketing across D2C, B2B, and Education channels. Focus on campaign execution, optimization, and data-driven decision-making to achieve ROI targets. Expectations: Achieve revenue goals; improve campaign efficiency (ROAS, CAC/CPA); increase conversion rates; deliver consistent campaign output; align marketing with business priorities. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn. - Manage email marketing campaigns and automated flows via Klaviyo. - Coordinate promotional calendars and campaigns for multiple business segments. - Partner with internal teams to implement conversion strategies and landing page updates. - Monitor weekly performance, conduct structured testing, and produce KPI reports (conversion rate, ROAS, traffic, revenue). - Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams for aligned execution. Required Skills: - 5+ years in performance marketing, e-commerce, or growth marketing. - Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager. - Hands-on use of Shopify, GA4, Power BI for analytics. - Experience with Klaviyo (or equivalent) for email campaigns and automation. - Strong understanding of funnel metrics (ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV, retention). - Proficiency in creating marketing assets with Canva. - Data-driven approach to testing and optimization; ability to identify underutilized growth opportunities. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
