Events & Marketing Manager/Coordinator
**Role Summary**
Coordinate and manage on‑site events while leading the execution of marketing campaigns and collateral. Acts as liaison between event stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring seamless logistics, brand consistency, and budget adherence. Supports the Events and Marketing Director in strategic planning, and assumes full event responsibility in the Director’s absence.

- Demonstrate creative problem‑solving and adaptability across multiple platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee on‑site events, serving as the day‑of event coordinator.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely logistics and deadlines.
- Manage event décor, staffing, run‑of‑show, AV, floor plans, and rental requirements.
- Prepare and file event paperwork: legal agreements, client contracts, invoices, BEOs, vendor contracts, insurance certificates.
- Maintain shared calendars and event platforms (e.g., Toast Marketing CRM, TripleSeat).
- Design and distribute event marketing graphics, menus, and materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Track event expenses, monitor budgets, and assist in financial reporting.
- Oversee merchandise ordering, inventory, and distribution.
- Research, propose, and run social media and advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and email platforms.
- Keep company online profiles up‑to‑date on Yelp, Google, TripAdvisor, GrubHub, DoorDash, and corporate website.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing initiatives.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in event planning, digital marketing, or social media (e.g., Certified Meeting Professional, Google Analytics, HubSpot Content Marketing) are advantageous.
