Job Description

Job title: Sales Consultant Role Summary: Drive premium women’s fashion sales in a high‑end retail environment by delivering exceptional client service, product expertise, and styling. Achieve individual and store sales targets while building lasting customer relationships and maintaining an engaging, trend‑aware retail presentation. Expectations: - Minimum 2 years of experience selling high‑premium women’s wear (WRTW/MRTW). - Passion for fashion, strong product knowledge, and up‑to‑date industry awareness. - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication. - Proactive, self‑motivated, and goal‑driven with a “can‑do” attitude. Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture a robust client portfolio through personalized clienteling and CRM usage. - Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales objectives. - Deliver superior customer experience by offering styling advice and link‑selling. - Present the sales floor impeccably, ensuring all merchandise is well displayed and stocked. - Assist with product deliveries, replenishment, and visual merchandising activities. - Maintain a positive, welcoming environment for customers and teammates. Required Skills: - In‑depth knowledge of high‑premium women’s apparel and accessories. - Strong sales acumen, including upselling and cross‑selling techniques. - Effective use of CRM systems for client management. - Superior customer service and relationship‑building abilities. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Professional appearance, polished grooming, and a modern, smart‑casual style. Required Education & Certifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (additional retail or fashion qualifications are a plus).
