**Job Title** Software Engineer (AI & Automation) **Role Summary** Design, develop, and manage AI-driven automation solutions to optimize investment operations. Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deploy AI agents that streamline workflows, improve decision‑making, and scale firm capabilities. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end AI systems that integrate data, financial models, and operational tools. - Own the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure and agent orchestration. - Work autonomously, iterating on prototypes to production-ready solutions. - Foster a builder’s mindset: curiosity, resourcefulness, and ownership. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and automate internal processes using modern AI frameworks. - Develop, train, and maintain AI agents for private equity use cases. - Integrate multiple data sources, financial models, and operational tools into unified automated systems. - Partner with investment and operations teams to identify and implement automation opportunities. - Lead architectural design, implementation, and scaling of AI‑driven infrastructure and orchestration pipelines. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Python (other languages accepted). - Hands‑on experience with AI/ML, large‑language models, agent frameworks, or automation tooling. - Strong understanding of finance, investment workflows, and private equity environments. - Ability to architect scalable solutions, work independently, and iterate quickly. - Proven experience building and integrating AI agents within complex systems. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications in AI/ML or data science are a plus.
