Job Description
**Job Title:** Saviynt Developer **Role Summary:** Configure, manage, and enhance Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration platform to ensure secure, compliant access across enterprise systems. Build and maintain lifecycle workflows, certification campaigns, and integrations with directory services and SaaS applications. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end IGA solutions that meet regulatory and internal compliance requirements. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, IT, and security teams to automate identity lifecycle processes. - Maintain high availability and performance of Saviynt environments through proactive monitoring and tuning. - Provide clear documentation and knowledge transfer to support operations and future development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure Saviynt connectors and integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, Oracle applications, and other SaaS tools. - Design, implement, and manage access provisioning, deprovisioning, and credential lifecycle workflows (Joiner, Mover, Leaver). - Enforce Separation of Duties (SoD) rules, role‑based access control (RBAC), and compliance policies. - Plan, execute, and monitor certification campaigns and access reviews; generate audit dashboards. - Integrate authoritative sources (e.g., UKG) and ticketing systems for automated lifecycle management. - Troubleshoot identity lifecycle issues, onboarding problems, and platform configuration errors. - Conduct performance tuning, upgrades, and migrations of Saviynt production environments. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and operational procedures. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years’ hands‑on experience with Saviynt IGA platform. - Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR). - Experience in integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, Oracle applications. - Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, SQL, and JSON; API‑based integration experience. - Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. - Familiarity with cloud‑based identity solutions and security best practices. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Saviynt certification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
