**Job Title:**
Senior ServiceNow Developer (AI Experience)
**Role Summary:**
Lead development of AI‑enhanced ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related modules. Drive modernization of customer applications using low‑code, AI frameworks, and automation to increase operational efficiency and user satisfaction within an Agile environment.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality, secure code that integrates AI components (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, GenAI).
- Translate business requirements into technical designs collaboratively with product owners and architects.
- Maintain rigorous testing, code reviews, and documentation.
- Active participation in all Agile ceremonies and client presentations.
- Contribute to research, proof‑of‑concepts, and AI best‑practice development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow AI solutions.
- Customize and extend applications using Flow Designer, App Engine, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
- Build and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP, SSO, OAuth, MID Servers, data migration) with AI services and external APIs.
- Conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and ensure deployment quality.
- Lead sprint reviews, client demos, and workshop new capabilities.
- Research emerging AI technologies and develop scaling pilots.
- Document standard AI accelerators and facilitate knowledge sharing.
**Required Skills:**
- 5–7+ years ServiceNow development across multiple modules.
- Expertise in Flow Designer, App Engine, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
- 2+ years integrating AI/ML (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, GenAI).
- Experience with REST/SOAP, SSO, OAuth, MID Servers, and data migration.
- Strong understanding of CMDB, Asset Management, and Performance Analytics.
- Proficient in analyzing workflows for AI optimization.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- US citizen or green‑card holder (public trust clearance required).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- At least one ServiceNow Implementation Specialist or Application Developer certification.
