**Job Title** Product Marketing Manager **Role Summary** Lead the creation and execution of the product marketing function for a cloud cost management platform. Own positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence to differentiate the product in a crowded B2B enterprise market. Work directly with the CEO and cross‑functional teams to translate deep domain expertise into compelling, customer‑focused narratives that drive product adoption and revenue growth. **Expectations** - Build a scalable product marketing strategy from scratch and execute it hands‑on. - Deliver differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates with finance, engineering, procurement, and FinOps audiences. - Own research and competitive intelligence to inform GTM strategy and product roadmap. - Enable sales with tailored enablement materials, training, and insights. - Operate effectively in a fast‑moving, early‑stage startup environment with ambiguity and limited resources. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with the CEO to define and own the product marketing function. - Translate technical capabilities into enterprise‑grade value stories and persona‑specific messaging. - Conduct deep customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and market research to uncover insights for product and GTM strategy. - Develop and maintain competitive intelligence programs, tracking market movements and competitor positioning. - Create sales enablement assets, including playbooks, battle cards, demos, and training modules. - Design and run ongoing customer research initiatives to capture voice‑of‑customer data and feed it into product and marketing decisions. - Coordinate with product, sales, and channel teams to ensure consistent, repeatable messaging across inbound and outbound prospects. - Prioritize and execute marketing initiatives that support inbound content, brand recognition, and outbound expansion. **Required Skills** - 3–5 years of product marketing experience in B2B enterprise SaaS. - Proven record of successful product launches and go‑to‑market execution. - Strong research, analytical, and data‑driven insight delivery skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders. - Comfortable building processes from the ground up and working in an ambiguous, early‑stage environment. - Deep curiosity about enterprise customer needs and market dynamics. - Preference for experience marketing to procurement, FP&A, engineering, or FinOps. - Willingness to work onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (Master’s degree or advanced certifications in marketing or data‑science a plus).
