About the Company

Maison Boissière BARNES Residences, inaugurated in June 2024, is located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, just steps from the Trocadéro. This is the first luxury residential hotel by BARNES, a major player in prestige real estate, which has launched a new hospitality division named BARNES Hospitality.

Maison Boissière BARNES Residences offers sixteen apartments, including four exceptional suites with terraces or balconies. These have been designed as serene, warm, and unique spaces for short, medium, or long stays—intended for guests who want to feel at home while enjoying premium hotel services.

The residence provides a quintessentially Parisian experience in an intimate setting. The charm and elegance of this Parisian retreat are enhanced by its spacious interiors, natural light, open views and carefully curated unique objects. Cozy lounges welcome guests for tea or an aperitif, and the garden offers a peaceful haven away from the city bustle.
