Director of People Operations
**Role Summary**
Strategic leader responsible for the global People Operations function. Drives workforce planning, employee relations, global payroll, benefits administration, performance & merit cycles, HR systems, and board‑level reporting. Works cross‑functionally with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to ensure compliance, scalability, and operational excellence across a rapidly growing SaaS organization.
**Expactations**
- Build, refine, and scale global People Processes.
- Deliver executive‑level insights through workforce analytics.
- Represent the organization in complex employee relations and international employment matters.
- Act as a trusted partner to Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership on high‑impact workforce decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead global workforce planning, headcount reviews, organizational design, and board‑ready reporting.
- Direct multi‑disciplinary People team, setting vision, aligning priorities, and scaling capabilities.
- Manage employee relations across the U.S. and EMEA; coordinate RIFs, country‑specific closures, and works‑council engagements (UK, France, Germany).
- Own annual merit & performance cycles; collaborate with Finance on budgeting, calibration, and compensation recommendations.
- Oversee global payroll and benefits operations; ensure accuracy, compliance, broker coordination, and HRIS integration.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS and supporting platforms (e.g., Betterworks, SharePoint, ADFS), ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Report to CEO and board on People metrics, compliance status, and capital allocation.

- Advanced HR certifications preferred: SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, GPHR, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of U.S. employment law and international labor regulations (EU, UK, France, Germany).
