**Job Title:** Account Executive **Role Summary:** Supports day‑to‑day management and execution of integrated sports and marketing programs for a telecommunications client. Works closely with the Account Supervisor to bring event activations and loyalty initiatives to life, acts as the primary liaison among internal teams, vendors, and the client, and provides on‑site support as required. **Expectations:** - Manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast‑paced environment. - Deliver precise, detail‑oriented execution with no missed deadlines. - Maintain professional, polished client interactions. - Adapt quickly to changing priorities without compromising quality. - Travel up to 5–10% of the time, including occasional weekends or holidays. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Plan, coordinate, and execute partnership activations across sports events. 2. Maintain detailed timelines, task lists, and deliverable trackers for all programs. 3. Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration among Creative, Strategy, Procurement, Production, and external vendors. 4. Schedule meetings, compile status updates, and ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders. 5. Track metrics, prepare recaps, and maintain accurate documentation for client reporting and program optimization. 6. Support on‑site event execution, ensuring seamless activation delivery. **Required Skills:** - Strong execution and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail. - Client‑support skills: professional, polished, and confident in client‑facing interactions. - Collaboration: effective coordination across internal teams and external partners. - Adaptability: manage multiple priorities and pivot rapidly under tight deadlines. - Sports marketing experience, including on‑site branded activations. - Loyalty program experience: understanding of loyalty messaging and customer impact. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. ---
