**Job Title** Marketing Manager **Role Summary** Lead brand and product marketing initiatives for a consumer goods company focused on licensed pet and people care products. Collaborate across product, design, sales, and external partners to develop and execute multi‑channel campaigns, manage e‑commerce listings, and produce performance‑driven content for B2B and B2C audiences. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, on‑brand storytelling and messaging across all touchpoints. - Own end‑to‑end e‑commerce and social marketing strategies, ensuring data‑driven optimization and continuous improvement. - Manage multi‑project calendars, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to support trade shows, marketing assets, and product launches. - Analyze market and consumer data (Nielsen/IRI/Mintel) to inform strategy and report on KPIs. - Exhibit strong editorial skills while maintaining brand voice consistency across all communications. **Key Responsibilities** - Craft creative briefs, copy, and asset concepts that articulate product positioning and drive demand among retailers and consumers. - Ensure brand consistency across all channels through collaboration with design, product development, and sales teams. - Conduct market trend and consumer insights analysis to shape marketing strategies and product performance. - Format and present Nielsen/IRI/Mintel data for internal reports, trend decks, and brand story development. - Lead e‑commerce and social-first marketing initiatives, including product listing strategy, keyword research, SEO, A+ content, paid and organic ad asset development. - Apply test‑and‑learn methodology to optimize e‑commerce and social marketing initiatives. - Proofread, edit, and maintain brand voice in packaging copy, product descriptions, and sales messaging. - Support trade show activities, coordinate logistics, and ensure marketing alignment. - Manage third‑party vendor deliverables, timelines, and quality. - Maintain onsite setup and breakdown support for marketing and production teams as needed. **Required Skills** - 4+ years of brand/product marketing experience, preferably B2B. - Experience in consumer goods, ideally pet, toy, apparel, personal care, or household products. - Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and data analysis capabilities. - Proficiency in e‑commerce platforms, keyword research, SEO, and A+ content best practices. - Advanced copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills. - Experience managing multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, print). - Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel; familiarity with Nielsen/IRI/Mintel tools. - Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
