Job Title: Marketing Ops & AI Intern Role Summary: Assist in selecting, developing, and implementing AI‑driven solutions to enhance marketing efficiency, creative production, and workflow automation within a dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and support the introduction of AI tools that improve creative asset generation and ad variation creation. - Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to identify and automate repetitive processes, improving workflow efficiency. - Research, test, and document emerging AI and generative technologies relevant to marketing operations. - Produce clear process documentation and share insights to inform future marketing innovation. Required Skills: - Programming proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or comparable languages. - Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or automation concepts and applications. - Familiarity with generative AI platforms (e.g., GPT, Midjourney, DALL‑E, Stable Diffusion) is a plus. - Strong analytical abilities, data interpretation, and quantifiable decision support. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
