About the Company

SoLa Impact Fund is a double bottom-line fund, founded with the express strategy to produce market returns for our investors while revitalizing historically tough urban areas in the United States.

Affordable housing is one of the most pressing social issues of our generation – has an incredibly broad impact from health and safety, to income-inequality, race issues and even on the long-term competitiveness of the US economy.
Our strategy is to find intelligent ways that private capital can create high quality, yet affordable, urban housing.  In the process, creating jobs, revitalizing neighborhoods, empowering the less advantaged and changing lives.

We believe the motto of "Doing Well by Doing Good" encapsulates SoLa's, and our investors operating philosophy.
