Job title: HR Business Partner – UK & Europe
Role Summary:
Act as the primary HR partner for UK and Europe client groups, driving end‑to‑end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, terminations, performance management, employee relations, and reporting. Ensure compliance, maintain client relationships, and support global HR initiatives and projects.
Expatations:
- Minimum 6 years in a generalist or shared‑services HR role.
- Proactive, self‑starter with strong client‑service orientation.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business managers to design recruitment strategies, secure approvals, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and manage pre‑employment checks and visas.
- Lead onboarding and transfer processes, ensuring documentation, inductions, and audit trails are complete.
- Advise on and execute leaver procedures, conduct exit interviews, and capture exit metrics.
- Administer performance appraisal cycles, advise managers, and monitor completion rates.
- Provide guidance on employee relations topics (policy, grievances, discipline, terminations).
- Maintain organization charts, role overviews, and job descriptions.
- Prepare ad‑hoc reports (headcount, salary, compensation, turnover) using Workday and Excel.
- Support global and local HR initiatives such as market surveys, bonus schemes, campus recruitment, and integration projects.
- Process correspondence for employment milestones and manage documentation.
Required Skills:
- HR generalist expertise across all core HR functions.
- Strong analytical and detail‑oriented mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS (Workday preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client‑service focus with a collaborative teamwork approach.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM‑CP, HRCI) desirable but not mandatory.
