**Job Title**
Internal Communications Coordinator
**Role Summary**
Support the internal communications team to engage and inform over 1,200 employees. Lead creation, editing, design, and distribution of internal messages, newsletters, and social media posts to foster employee engagement and strengthen organizational culture.
**Expectations**

- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, edit, format, design, and distribute employee communications (email newsletters, posters, flyers, articles, memos, and internal social media posts).
- Maintain and update promotional plans, content templates, and style guides.
- Manage the weekly staff email newsletter: story mining, drafting, editing, editorial review, and distribution.
- Support editorial planning, coordinate content contributions, and ensure on‑time delivery across all internal channels.
- Conduct special projects as assigned by supervisor and contribute to continuous improvement of internal communication tools and processes.
**Required Skills**
- Expert written communication, copywriting, and editing for internal audiences.
- Basic design and layout skills (e.g., Microsoft Publisher, Canva, Adobe InDesign).
- Strong organizational and project‑management ability; can balance simultaneous tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship‑building skills across teams.
- Proficiency with standard productivity suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
**Required Education & Certifications**
