**Job Title** Salesforce Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce initiatives for a federal government client, ensuring compliance with federal standards while delivering projects on time and within scope. Coordinate cross‑functional teams and serve as the primary liaison among stakeholders, technical staff, and leadership. **Expactations** - U.S. Citizen with successful federal background check. - W2 employment. - Local to Boulder, CO or relocate. - Proven experience managing federal government projects. **Key Responsibilities** - Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close Salesforce projects. - Define and control project scope, schedules, risks, and deliverables. - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership. - Coordinate work among Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Business Analysts, and client personnel. - Ensure Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and federal compliance standards. - Track progress, provide status reports, and manage project documentation. - Oversee release planning, UAT, and post‑deployment support. - Apply Salesforce best practices and project management methodologies (PMP/PMI). **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Salesforce administration/implementation. - Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management. - Ability to manage cross‑functional teams and complex project timelines. - Detailed knowledge of federal compliance and documentation requirements. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in a related field. - Active Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Platform Administrator, Developer). - PMP or PMI certification.
