Job Title: Salesforce Service Cloud Business Analyst Role Summary: Administer, optimize, and govern the Salesforce Service Cloud platform to enhance customer service and operational efficiency across departments. Expectations: Support cross-functional teams in process improvements, automation, and system integrations while ensuring compliance with governance standards. Key Responsibilities: Administer Salesforce Service Cloud; configure case management, automation, and Omni-Channel; act as liaison to translate business needs into system enhancements; build dashboards/reports; deliver training; troubleshoot issues; test and deploy updates; collaborate on process automation; ensure data governance compliance; oversee SLA and case lifecycle governance. Required Skills: Advanced Salesforce Service Cloud proficiency (case management, automation, knowledge base, Omni-Channel); configuration of declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder); dashboard/reporting expertise; cross-functional communication; requirements mapping; integration/data management; familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Einstein). Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration (or equivalent); 1+ years Salesforce Admin experience with Service Cloud focus; Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred; Service Cloud Consultant/Advanced Administrator certifications advantageous; experience in change management and process governance.
