Job Title: ServiceNow Systems Administrator
Role Summary: Manage day‑to‑day administration, health, and governance of a production ServiceNow platform in a mission‑critical environment, enabling secure, scalable operations and AI‑powered capabilities such as Now Assist.
Expectations: Deliver reliable platform performance, conduct regular maintenance and upgrades, enforce governance and AI compliance, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer DEV, TEST, and PROD environments; perform upgrades, patching, cloning, and release support.
- Monitor platform health, logs, and diagnostics; support MID Servers and integrations.
- Configure AI features (Now Assist, AI Control Tower), manage entitlements, role‑based access, and enforce responsible AI governance.
- Design and maintain forms, workflows, Flow Designer flows, UI policies, and notifications; maintain Service Catalog.
- Administer core ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge) and support CMDB, Asset Management, and CSDM alignment.
- Act as escalation point for platform and AI issues, support audits, compliance, and documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into platform solutions, support deployments, and conduct post‑release validation.
Required Skills:
- 4–8+ years of enterprise ServiceNow administration and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITIL best practices, CMDB, CSDM, and data governance.
- Experience with production, regulated or mission‑critical systems.
- Basic scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts).
- Experience with Now Assist or other AI‑enabled ServiceNow features.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) – preferred.
- ITIL certification – preferred.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated industries, and collaborative work with ServiceNow Platform Architects or Centers of Excellence.
