Job Description
**Job Title:** Financial Analyst – Business Planning & Performance **Role Summary:** Provide critical financial analysis and reporting to support decision‑making at the CFO and executive levels. Manage budgeting, forecasting, KPI distribution, and variance analysis, and drive automation of reporting through Power BI. **Expectations:** - Minimum 2 years corporate finance/accounting experience. - University degree in business, accounting, finance, statistics or related field. - Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite. - Experience creating reports in Power BI and SQL on large datasets. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. - Self‑directed and capable of managing multiple priorities with deadlines. - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. - Desired: CPA or equivalent accounting designation; ERP data integration experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and update annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with cross‑functional stakeholders. - Distribute weekly, period‑end, and quarter‑end KPI and financial results. - Produce monthly stewardship reports for senior management, including commentary and insights. - Design and lead development of automated Power BI reporting dashboards. - Conduct in‑depth variance analysis to explain performance trends and drivers. - Support accurate quarterly external reporting requirements. - Perform ad‑hoc analysis and modeling to support growth initiatives, cost‑management, and operational decisions. **Required Skills:** - Corporate finance/accounting knowledge. - Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL; data manipulation & trend analysis. - Strong presentation and written communication. - Self‑management, prioritization, and deadline orientation. - Stakeholder engagement and collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, statistics or related discipline. - CPA or other recognized accounting designation preferred.
