About the Company

Accio3D is a next-gen manufacturing intelligence platform founded by pioneers in supply chain risk and resilience. After building global supplier networks that safeguarded Fortune 500 companies through many crises, we are now applying our expertise to the future of industrial production and changing the supply chains as we know them.

We believe additive manufacturing should be as seamless as clicking "print". However, many companies struggle with adopting and scaling this critical and game changing technology. Which parts can be printed? Which parts SHOULD be printed? On which machines? By which suppliers? At what cost?

It shouldn't require advanced degrees to adopt advanced manufacturing. Accio3D's AI agents act as technical copilots to simplify and scale the adoption of 3D printing so that the right parts can be summoned on demand, anywhere in the world, just off a printer.

We are launching our platform shortly so stay tuned.

Job Description
Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer Role Summary: Lead the creation and deployment of ML infrastructure that automates printability analysis of 3D CAD models, enabling reliable additive manufacturing decisions. Expactations: Deliver end‑to‑end ML solutions—from data ingestion and feature extraction to scalable production services—that assess manufacturability and detect print failures. Key Responsibilities: - Design, train, and optimize models that analyze 3D geometry (meshes, point clouds, CAD) for manufacturability. - Build and maintain end‑to‑end ML pipelines to process, classify, and evaluate models at scale. - Implement computer‑vision and geometric ML techniques for feature extraction and defect detection. - Deploy models as production services and integrate them with product workflows. - Create datasets, labeling workflows, and evaluation pipelines for continual model improvement. - Conduct research on 3D deep‑learning and geometric ML advances and apply findings to production systems. Required Skills: - Proven experience deploying production‑ready ML systems. - Hands‑on with 3D data (meshes, point clouds, CAD, voxel grids). - Strong Python programming and familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow. - Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and numerical computing for spatial data. - Ability to design scalable ML pipelines and troubleshoot end‑to‑end workflows. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field. - No mandatory certifications required.
