Job Description
**Job title** Senior Network Engineer **Role Summary** Senior Network Engineer responsible for designing, operating, and optimizing a large‑scale enterprise LAN and WAN infrastructure. Ensures network stability, security, and performance across multiple sites and supports migrations, upgrades, and project initiatives. **Expectations** - Deliver stable, high‑performance network services across all locations. - Proactively plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and performance improvements. - Maintain compliance with security and ITSM best practices. - Produce and maintain accurate technical documentation. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and support LAN/WAN equipment (routers, switches, Wi‑Fi access points, firewalls, F5 load balancers). - Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve outages. - Plan and implement network upgrades, capacity expansions, and topology changes. - Enforce network security policies and conduct vulnerability assessments. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on projects and business‑as‑usual activities. - Document network configurations, diagrams, and procedures. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in a senior network engineering role. - Hands‑on expertise with Cisco, Juniper, Check Point, and F5 technologies. - Strong knowledge of routing, switching, Wi‑Fi, and firewall configuration and troubleshooting. - Experience with network monitoring tools and ITSM processes. - Ability to support large WAN environments spanning multiple sites. **Required Education & Certifications** - CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) or equivalent. - JNCIA‑Junos (Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate – Junos) or comparable experience. ---
