Translate creative concepts into high‑impact visual and written content that captures luxury hospitality experiences and drives engagement and growth. **Expectations** - 15–20 hours per week (part‑time) - $25 per hour - Remote work - Ability to deliver under tight deadlines; self‑motivated and results‑oriented - Inbound to build a portfolio and gain exposure to a full agency workflow **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and curate polished Reels, Stories, and Grid posts that align with each hotel’s unique aesthetic. - Write concise, platform‑specific captions that reflect a local, conversational tone. - Execute content calendars, schedule posts, and manage Meta Business Suite and other scheduling tools. - Monitor and respond to community interactions, FAQs, and brand mentions. - Engage with complementary brands, influencers, and content creators to amplify reach. - Track performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend optimisations based on algorithmic trends. - Identify and adapt trending audio/format ideas to hospitality settings (e.g., cocktails, suites). **Required Skills** - 0–2 years of social media management experience (students with strong portfolios encouraged). - Sharp copywriting skills with an eye for grammar, tone, and brand voice. - Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Reels editing, and scheduling/reporting tools (e.g., Metricool). - Deep understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms, trends, and engagement tactics. - Ability to translate a single sentence into a compelling vibe. - Strong organisational skills; checklist‑driven execution. - Familiarity with hospitality or travel sector is a plus. - Competence with analytics tools for measuring content effectiveness. **Required Education & Certifications** - No formal degree required; a demonstrable portfolio of social media content and copy is mandatory. - Optional: certifications in social media strategy, digital marketing, or hospitality communications are welcome.
