Job Description
**Job Title:** Supply Planner **Role Summary:** Plan, execute, and optimize supply of beverage and supplement products to meet demand in‑full and on‑time, balancing inventory cost, customer service targets, and brand integrity. Coordinate with manufacturing/co‑packers and logistics partners to support launches, promotions, and operational readiness. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate supply plans that align with forecasted demand. - Maintain inventory levels that meet service targets while minimizing carrying costs. - Proactively identify and mitigate supply risks. - Provide actionable insights for S&OP and continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Convert demand forecasts into actionable supply plans for multiple product lines. - Maintain rolling plans, ensuring product availability across distribution centers and co‑pack facilities. - Manage inventory flows, optimize safety stock, and monitor key metrics (fill rate, OTIF, inventory days, stock‑outs). - Identify supply risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate status to stakeholders. - Coordinate with co‑packers/manufacturers on capacity, lead times, and packaging changes. - Support new product launches and promotional activities with supply readiness. - Align inbound material and outbound shipment schedules with logistics partners. - Maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and master data. - Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and inventory management. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical ability to interpret supply chain data, variances, and KPIs. - Proficiency in supply chain planning, inventory management, and scenario analysis. - Experience with co‑packing/contract manufacturing and multi‑site or import supply environments. - Knowledge of inventory concepts: days of supply, safety stock, obsolescence, stock‑outs, lead‑times. - Effective cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related discipline. - 3–6 years of experience in supply chain planning or inventory management, preferably in FMCG/CPG or beverage/consumer goods.
