Job Description
**Job Title:** Partnerships Development Manager **Role Summary:** Drive acquisition, management, and expansion of corporate and regional partnerships in Western Canada to support ICC’s growth objectives. Lead the full partnership sales cycle, build and maintain a robust pipeline, and collaborate across internal teams to deliver revenue, member engagement, and impact outcomes. **Expactations:** - Secure new partnership agreements that align with ICC’s mission and generate revenue. - Deliver measurable outcomes for partners, meeting agreed KPIs and SLAs. - Maintain high‑level relationships and ensure seamless transition to account‑management staff. - Provide data‑driven insights to refine partnership strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and close corporate, regional, and in‑kind partnerships; manage full sales cycle. - Build and sustain a pipeline of partnership opportunities across Alberta and select Calgary entities. - Create tailored partnership concepts using market insights and newcomer audience data. - Serve as primary contact for partner portfolio; manage agreements, renewals, and performance metrics. - Lead in‑person partner meetings and quarterly reviews; drive long‑term relationship growth. - Promote ICC paid services, brand integrations, and Canoo member engagement initiatives. - Collaborate with marketing, insights, philanthropy, and product teams on partnership projects. - Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance; present findings and recommendations. **Required Skills:** - 3–5 years partnership/account management experience; 2–3 years marketing execution/design/content experience. - Strong sales acumen, negotiation, and proposal development skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate, regional, and government stakeholders. - Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions. - Bilingual (English & French) a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. - Relevant certifications in partnership development, sales, or marketing preferred.
