**Job Title** Admissions Coordinator (Internship) **Role Summary** Coordinate the full admissions process for a digital‑skills training provider, guiding candidates from application through orientation, ensuring a seamless, human‑centric experience and supporting continuous improvement of selection strategies. **Expectations** - Dynamic, proactive, and solution‑oriented attitude. - Strong appetite for candidate selection and process optimisation. - Willingness to propose improvements to admissions workflows. - Demonstrated enthusiasm for digital training and inclusion in tech. **Key Responsibilities** - Receive, screen, and manage application files via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Conduct assessment of candidate tests and organise collective selection stages (e.g., group interviews, workshops). - Execute orientation interviews to match candidates with the most suitable training tracks. - Respond to applicant inquiries, ensuring a smooth, positive journey. - Maintain and update candidate databases, and prepare enrollment documentation. - Represent the company at occasional fairs, webinars, and open‑house events to promote programmes. - Contribute to the agile evolution of recruitment and onboarding practices. **Required Skills** - Native‑level French; written and verbal. - Proficient with ATS platforms and Google Suite. - Familiarity with no‑code tools (Airtable, Make, etc.) is an advantage. - Basic knowledge of marketing/communications desirable. - Prior experience in academic or corporate candidate screening and selection. - Excellent listening, empathy, and interpersonal communication. - Strong organisational, persistent, and meticulous work habits. - Capacity for independent work and effective collaboration within a small team. - Interest in digital education and workforce inclusion. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current university student in HR, Business, or related discipline (final‑year or internship candidate). - Relevant professional certifications in HR or training management are a plus (not mandatory).
