**Job title** Global Startup Community Manager – France **Role Summary** Lead the global startup ecosystem engagement strategy for Nebius, cultivating relationships with AI‑focused accelerators, universities, developer communities, and founders to drive adoption of Nebius cloud services. Execute scalable community programs, high‑impact events, and enablement resources while measuring and optimizing key community indicators. **Expectations** - 3–5 + years of professional experience in community management, partnership, or ecosystem development. - Minimum 1.5 years working within a startup ecosystem (accelerators, AI/cloud startups, developer or founder groups). - Demonstrated success building and managing partnerships in the global AI/startup space. - Strong understanding of AI and cloud technology landscape, with rapid learning ability. - Data‑driven mindset for setting, tracking, and achieving community KPIs. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills. - Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Partnership Management** – Identify, negotiate, and maintain strategic relationships with accelerators, universities, developer orgs, research institutions, and other ecosystem partners worldwide. 2. **Community Program Design** – Create and scale community‑driven initiatives (onboarding guides, workshops, hackathons) that attract and retain high‑growth AI startups. 3. **Event & Activation Leadership** – Plan and execute founder meet‑ups, technical workshops, hackathons, and summits; collaborate with partners and internal teams to maximize impact. 4. **Pipeline Development** – Work with sales and marketing to engage, qualify, and convert high‑potential startups into long‑term Nebius users; maintain engagement tracking across regions. 5. **Enablement & Resources** – Produce best‑practice playbooks, case studies, and onboarding materials to support startup adoption. 6. **Metrics & Optimization** – Own community KPIs (lead generation, growth, event outcomes, pipeline contribution); use data and feedback to refine strategies continually. 7. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** – Partner with marketing, sales, product, and solutions architecture to embed community insights into go‑to‑market strategies and product development. **Required Skills** - Community & ecosystem development - Strategic partnership building - Event planning and execution - Stakeholder management & influence - Data analysis & KPI tracking - Project & program management - Excellent written and verbal communication - Presentation and facilitation skills - Familiarity with AI infrastructure, cloud computing, and developer tools - Quick learning of technical concepts **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. - Certifications in project management, community management, or data analysis are a plus but not mandatory.
