Marketing Director – UK & Ireland
**Role Summary**
Lead the development and execution of a multi‑market marketing strategy for UK, Northern Ireland, and Ireland, driving patient acquisition, referral growth, and brand penetration across out‑of‑hospital care, diagnostic imaging, and outpatient services.
**Expectations**
- Generate measurable revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Maintain brand integrity while adapting to local market nuances.
- Deliver ROI‑driven marketing campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Foster cross‑functional collaboration with Commercial, Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, implement and oversee the UK&I regional marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
- Manage internal and external communications, PR, media relations, and crisis protocols.
- Champion digital transformation: website optimisation, SEO/SEM, paid media, social, and referral pathways.
- Lead marketing support for new clinic openings, rebrands, acquisitions, and corporate announcements.
- Analyse market trends, competitor actions, and policy shifts to uncover commercial opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency across markets while tailoring locally relevant messaging.
- Develop and roll out campaigns to secure GP referrals, consultant engagement, corporate health partnerships, and self‑pay conversion.
- Support tender responses, strategic bids, and relationships with insurers and NHS/HSE partners.
- Build and coach a multi‑market marketing team, manage budgets, agencies, and project groups.
- Champion evidence‑based decision making via analytics, reporting and performance dashboards.
**Required Skills**
- Strategic leadership and cross‑border coordination.
- Expertise in B2B/B2B2C marketing, brand strategy, and reputation management.
- Proficiency in multi‑channel digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid media, social).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing large marketing budgets, agencies and vendor relationships.
- Proven track record in M&A integration, rebranding, and new service launches.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and crisis‑communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 9 years progressive marketing experience, 5+ years in a senior leadership/directional role (Healthcare/MedTech preferred).
