Job Description
**Job title** Commercial B2B Inside Sales Representative (Outbound ISR) **Role Summary** Responsible for the end‑to‑end sales cycle with new B2B clients: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing, and onboarding partners. Drive revenue growth through outbound outreach and CRM management while collaborating closely with marketing and existing client accounts. **Expectations** - Deliver new business volume and contribute directly to KPI targets. - Manage multiple accounts and sales initiatives concurrently. - Maintain high-quality follow‑up and data hygiene in the CRM. - Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and external prospects. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify, prospect, and qualify prospective B2B partners. - Conduct outbound calls, video meetings, and email pitches. - Lead deals from initial contact through contract signature and partner onboarding. - Maintain and update opportunity records in Salesforce (or equivalent). - Coordinate with marketing to optimize lead‑generation campaigns. - Foster long‑term relationships with existing partners, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions. - Track and report on sales metrics and pipeline health. - Collaborate across functions (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless onboarding. **Required Skills** - 1–3 years of proven inside sales experience in a B2B context. - Strong communication and persuasive skills over phone, video, and email. - Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities. - Team player capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders. - Advanced CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred). - Fluency in English (spoken and written). - Goal‑orientated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience). - CRM certification (Salesforce Administrator or equivalent) a plus.
