Required Skills • Minimum 3.5 GPA, current sophomore enrolled at an accredited U.S. four‑year institution (expected graduation 2028). • Bachelor’s degree majoring in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field. • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
