Job title: AI Solutions Architect
Role Summary: Design, architect, and oversee the deployment of enterprise‑scale AI, GenAI, and MLOps solutions on Azure, ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.
Expectations: Lead end‑to‑end AI initiatives, provide presales guidance, support RFP processes, and manage stakeholder engagement across onshore/offshore teams. Focus on delivering robust, secure, and responsible AI solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AI and GenAI solutions leveraging Azure AI services (OpenAI, AI Search, Azure ML).
- Design and implement MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and continuous integration/continuous delivery.
- Integrate GenAI capabilities using LLMs, RAG, and LangChain into enterprise workflows.
- Provide presales support, technical RFP responses, and stakeholder interactions.
- Guide and mentor onshore/offshore teams, ensuring best practices and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and Responsible AI requirements.
Required Skills
- Minimum 15 years total IT experience, including 5+ years in an Architect/Principal role.
- Deep expertise in GenAI, large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation, and LangChain.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure ML).
- Proven MLOps experience: training, deployment, pipeline orchestration.
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, M365 Agents, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and Responsible AI frameworks.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional, onshore/offshore projects and interact with enterprise clients.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
