**Job Title**
Event Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead and coordinate event and communication projects from concept to execution, ensuring strategic alignment, quality, and profitability. Act as the central liaison between creative, production, client, and external teams, driving efficient project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
**Expectations**
- Demonstrated success in leading large‑scale event or communication projects, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, influence creative direction, and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Strong analytical mindset to evaluate feasibility, competitiveness, and profitability of proposals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Pilot and supervise end‑to‑end project delivery, maintaining strategic, creative, operational, and budgetary coherence.
- Structure plans, monitor progress, and report status to stakeholders.
- Facilitate information flow and decision making among internal teams, external partners, and senior management.
- Continuously improve project management methods and tools.
- Partner with Commercial and Client Directors to respond to tenders, develop strategic recommendations, storytelling, budgets, and schedules.
- Challenge creative and project teams to deliver ambitious, high‑quality proposals.
- Represent the agency in client presentations, ensuring solutions are competitive, executable, and profitable.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years’ experience in event or communication project management, agency‑based.
- Leadership and team‑coordination across multiple disciplines.
- Project management proficiency (planning, scheduling, risk, budget control).
- Creative thinking with an emphasis on innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical and decision‑making capabilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Proficiency in English; ability to communicate with international clients.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Basecamp).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or Project Management; Master’s (Bac+5) preferred.
- Professional certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2, or similar) considered an advantage.
