**Job Title**
Contract Manager – IT (H/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead the governance of ICT supplier relationships for a private bank, ensuring compliance, security, and resilience of outsourced services (cloud, managed services, critical providers). Act as the central point for procurement, contract lifecycle, risk assessment, and performance monitoring, aligning with regulatory requirements such as DORA.
**Expectations**
- Maintain a complete registry of ICT services and contracts.
- Deliver due‑diligence, risk evaluation, and remediation plans before onboarding or renewal.
- Ensure contracts meet DORA and internal compliance criteria (audit rights, continuity, reversibility).
- Drive supplier performance reviews, incident handling, and improvement plans.
- Coordinate with Legal, Security, Risk Management, and business stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **ICT Procurement & Governance** – Define requirements, select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and enforce governance standards.
2. **Service & Contract Registry** – Maintain an up‑to‑date register, classify services by criticality and risk, and manage changes.
3. **Risk & Due Diligence** – Conduct security, resilience, and compliance assessments; maintain risk matrices and mitigation plans.
4. **DORA Compliance & Contractual Standards** – Standardise contract clauses, audit rights, continuity, and reversibility provisions.
5. **Supplier Performance Management** – Conduct periodic reviews, monitor KPIs, manage incidents, and track remediation actions.
6. **Reversibility & Exit Planning** – Develop, test, and document exit plans for critical services, ensuring traceability and audit readiness.
7. **Reporting & Dashboards** – Produce performance and risk dashboards, ensuring visibility to senior leadership.
8. **Stakeholder Coordination** – Collaborate with Legal, RSSI, Risk Management, and business units to align objectives and resolve issues.
**Required Skills**
- 5–7 years of ICT supplier management in banking or regulated environments.
- Strong procurement, contract negotiation, and lifecycle management expertise.
- Deep understanding of DORA, IT service continuity, SLA structures, and audit rights.
- Proven risk management, due‑diligence, and incident response capabilities.
- Project management skills with ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication in French and English; Arabic fluency is advantageous.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset, and ability to produce clear, structured documentation.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Law, or related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CIPS, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent are highly desirable.
