Job Description: Job title: Sales Assistant (Biotech Industry) Role Summary: Support the sales team in the life‑science sector by managing client interactions, preparing sales documentation, coordinating orders and projects, ensuring cross‑departmental alignment, and maintaining accurate data. Expactations: - Accurate, timely execution of all sales support tasks. - Consistent and professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders. - Efficient coordination of logistics and documentation to prevent errors. - Proactive contribution to business development and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Assist representatives in client communication, meeting scheduling, and relationship upkeep. - Prepare quotations, service agreements, brochures, and presentation decks. - Monitor order status and project timelines; follow up with clients and internal teams. - Coordinate sample and product logistics, ensuring correct delivery and minimal delays. - Collaborate with Project Management, Technical, Logistics, and Marketing to secure smooth service delivery. - Maintain and organize sales files and customer databases with high accuracy. - Support bidding, client visit preparations, and ad‑hoc assignments from the sales team. Required Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication. - Excellent multitasking, organization, and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common CRM tools. - Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage timelines. - Preference for experience with NGS or similar biotech processes.
