Own technical planning, coding, testing, deployment, and iteration in a fast‑moving startup environment. Expactations: • 3+ years professional software development experience • Proven ability to own features with minimal oversight • Strong collaboration with product, design, and data teams • Clear communication within a small, cross‑functional group Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features using React/Vue and Node.js/Python/Ruby • Write clean, testable code and conduct code reviews • Troubleshoot and debug across the stack, ensuring high reliability • Integrate analytics and AI‑powered components with the data team • Improve developer tooling, infrastructure, and deployment processes • Participate in architectural discussions and make technical decisions • Ship features quickly, learn from user feedback, and iterate Required Skills: • Frontend: React, Vue, or equivalent • Backend: Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar • Databases: SQL and/or NoSQL • APIs: Building and consuming REST/GraphQL services • Cloud: AWS, GCP, or Azure • Version control: Git, collaborative workflows • AI tooling: familiarity with AI‑assisted coding (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) • Problem‑solving, attention to detail, independent work, strong communicator Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
