Job Description
**Job title** Business Development Manager – France **Role Summary** Drive sales growth for a rapidly expanding IT consulting and digital solutions firm in France. Build and lead the commercial strategy, create and manage a high‑performance sales team, and engage SMBs and enterprise accounts to secure high‑value projects in web, mobile, cloud and AI domains. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable revenue targets and pipeline growth for the French market. - Scale and professionalise a structured sales organization (recruitment, coaching, performance management). - Position the company as a trusted partner for digital transformation projects across all industries. - Maintain a high level of customer engagement and brand visibility throughout the sales cycle. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and execute the France commercial strategy, including market segmentation and value proposition for SMBs and large enterprises. - Prospect and engage decision‑makers and key stakeholders to understand business and technology needs. - Prioritise leads, schedule introductory meetings, and recommend suitable technical teams for each opportunity. - Maintain ongoing relationships with prospects to keep the firm top‑of‑mind for future projects. - Collaborate with Customer Success leadership on contractual arrangements and transition of qualified prospects to clients. - Conduct monthly reporting on contacts, leads, closed deals and forecast to refine sales initiatives. - Build and nurture a network of key decision‑makers across the French market to generate qualified opportunities within 3–6 months. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years B2B sales/business development experience, with 2+ years in a tech consulting or IT services environment. - Proven record of closing high‑value projects with enterprise accounts. - Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities. - Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and lead cross‑functional teams. - Fluency in French and written and spoken English. - Proactive, detail‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for digital innovation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s +5 degree (equivalent) from a business school, engineering school, or university with dual focus on business and technology. - No specific certifications required, though familiarity with agile delivery and digital transformation concepts is essential.
