Job Description
**Job Title** Personal Client Advisor (Male/Female) **Role Summary** The Personal Client Advisor engages with individual bank customers to provide first‑line service, manage routine transactions, promote banking channels, and actively sell credit and savings products. The role blends customer relationship management with commercial objectives, requiring a balanced focus on service quality and sales performance. **Expectations** - Deliver excellent client experience through attentive service and timely resolution of inquiries. - Meet or exceed commercial targets for product sales and revenue generation. - Expand the client portfolio through proactive prospecting and network development. - Maintain accurate risk assessment and adhere to regulatory/compliance requirements. **Key Responsibilities** - Greet clients and prospects both in‑branch and over the phone, orienting them to available services. - Process standard client operations (money transfers, cheque deposits, scheduling appointments, banking‑app support). - Promote digital and other banking channels while evaluating associated risks. - Identify opportunities to sell personal banking products (loans, savings accounts, insurance, pension plans). - Build and nurture a portfolio of private clients through relationship development, prospecting, and referral acquisition. - Participate in commercial initiatives and campaigns to achieve sales objectives. - Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends. **Required Skills** - Proven commercial experience in client‑relationship management or sales. - Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Organizational discipline, meticulousness, and a results‑oriented mindset. - Negotiation ability and drive for collective success. - Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a Bac+2 degree in finance, business, or a related field. - No specific professional certifications required, though finance or banking qualifications are an advantage.
