Job title: International Brand Marketeer Role Summary: Drive the global brand strategy and execution for an international fashion company, ensuring cohesive brand identity across markets while tailoring messaging to local cultures, with a focus on the Netherlands and Germany. Expectations: Lead strategic brand initiatives that generate profitable growth, manage brand consistency across all channels, and deliver measurable brand performance improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the international brand strategy in partnership with senior management. - Maintain a coherent and relevant brand identity across all markets. - Monitor consumer trends and behaviors to refine messaging and positioning. - Develop and launch targeted international media campaigns to grow brand awareness. - Collaborate with design, retail, e‑commerce teams and local agencies for effective localization of campaigns. - Champion the brand across all consumer touchpoints. - Lead product and collection storytelling, new‑launch initiatives, and brand‑curated events. - Support international wholesale with brand assets, activation plans, and attractive sales events. - Track brand performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategy accordingly. Required Skills: - Minimum 5 years of international brand marketing experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle. - Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and consumer psychology. - Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability. - Creative mindset coupled with analytical thinking. - Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to balance global brand consistency with local relevance. - Highly collaborative, thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. - Experience managing German market brand initiatives. - Proven media management experience. - Experience in omnichannel environments (retail, digital, wholesale). - Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, fashion management, or a related field.
