**Job Title**: Senior Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary**:
Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of Salesforce backend systems that power end‑to‑end customer experience on PRIME360. Design API interfaces, data models, and integrations with external services (payment, marketing, partner platforms) to deliver seamless, scalable, and reliable customer‑facing flows such as account portal, cart, checkout, onboarding, lifecycle marketing, and marketplace interactions.
**Expectations**:
- 5+ years of experience building and supporting high‑traffic, customer‑directed systems.
- Deep proficiency in Salesforce backend development (Apex, Flow, SOQL, data modeling).
- Proven ability to craft scalable, maintainable architectures and influence product direction through technical insight.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration with Product, UX, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Demonstrated leadership in defining best practices for evolving platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Architect and implement Salesforce backend components for customer portals, cart, checkout, onboarding, and lifecycle marketing.
2. Design, expose, and manage reliable APIs connecting Salesforce to web applications, third‑party services, and partner solutions.
3. Serve as a technical bridge to external systems (payments, billing, marketing automation).
4. Drive Salesforce architecture for new CX initiatives (personalized notifications, embedded checkout, marketplace services).
5. Define and maintain data models, Apex classes, flows, and integrations that support complex customer journeys.
6. Influence platform decisions on scalability, reliability, data integrity, and extensibility.
7. Mentor and guide junior developers, establish coding standards, and promote clean architecture.
**Required Skills**:
- Apex, Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce/Lightning Components.
- Salesforce data architecture, schema design, and best‑practice governance.
- REST/SOAP API design, integration patterns, and middleware services.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience with agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, modern JS) and Node.js is a plus.
- Knowledge of lifecycle marketing tools and event‑driven architectures is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification preferred.
- Additional certifications in integration, data management, or architecture are advantageous.
