Job Description
Job Title: Account Manager Role Summary: Manage daily relationships with key enterprise clients, supporting business growth and client satisfaction under the guidance of the Key Account Director. Provide strategic input, financial oversight, technical support, and onboarding for clients and agency partners. Expectations: - Own client relationships and drive business opportunities. - Deliver timely, high‑quality service and resolve escalations. - Maintain accurate records and financial tracking for accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute global account strategy and client engagement plans. - Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews, preparing agendas and Power BI data decks. - Oversee invoicing, Tipalti approvals, and Airtable cost/PO management. - Update rate cards, perform price analysis, and track billing activity. - Monitor account spend, support finance in reducing debtor days, and report revenue for P&L visibility. - Act as liaison between clients and technical teams, logging and tracking platform issues. - Lead onboarding of external personnel and agency teams onto Cape platforms. - Respond to client and partner communications promptly. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve orders and project issues. - Identify upsell opportunities and articulate value of additional services. Required Skills: - 3–6 years experience in account management or sales within marketing, advertising, or media. - Strong client‑facing presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders. - Proficient with CRM, Excel/Sheets, Power BI, and Google workspace. - Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. - Calm under pressure, conflict management, and proactive problem solving. - Fluent in English; French and/or Spanish a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Certifications in CRM or digital marketing tools are a plus.
