Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Client Implementation Analyst **Role Summary:** The Senior Client Implementation Analyst leads and manages the end‑to‑end implementation of client projects, ensuring high‑quality configuration, compliance, and client satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with Sales, Integrations, and Support teams, training clients on the Asurint platform, and driving continuous process improvement. **Expectations:** - Deliver successful implementation projects within defined timelines and quality standards. - Maintain professional, proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders. - Identify cross‑selling opportunities and document process enhancements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Schedule and conduct initial implementation calls; finalize project plans. - Manage the implementation queue and assign projects to junior analysts. - Coordinate product setup with Sales and integration teams. - Process client addendums per policy; ensure accurate configuration of data. - Serve as primary contact for client inquiries (calls/emails). - Troubleshoot issues and provide advanced system consultation. - Train clients on the Asurint platform and package selections via group and 1:1 sessions. - Conduct post‑implementation reviews using a standardized checklist within 30 days of completion. - Transition accounts to Client Support or Strategic Account Managers. - Escalate and resolve client concerns; assist support with new customer issues. - Recommend and document new processes to improve departmental efficiency. - Identify and promote cross‑selling opportunities. - Provide training support for new hires. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); familiarity with business systems such as CRM, HRIS, general ledger. - Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Strong customer‑service orientation and training/explaining skills. - Experience with legal/court systems and background screening is preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred). - Valid U.S. driver’s license (if driving duties apply). - Willingness to travel by personal vehicle and attend occasional overnight travel (if required).
