Job Description
Job Title: Senior Global Account Manager Role Summary: Accountable for managing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of global enterprise legal customers. Drives retention, renewal, and cross‑sell/up‑sell initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and internal partners. Expectations: * Meet or exceed quota for renewals and upsell revenue. * Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates. * Build and sustain executive‑level relationships across customer organizations. * Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, self‑directed environment with frequent travel (~25%). Key Responsibilities: 1. Own overall account strategy and serve as primary customer contact. 2. Conduct quarterly business reviews and manage subscription renewal process. 3. Identify, qualify, and pursue cross‑sell and upsell opportunities. 4. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. 5. Escalate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 6. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date account information in CRM (contact history, usage, risk ratings, mitigation plans). 7. Develop customer references, testimonials, and participate in industry events to strengthen relationships. Required Skills: * Over 10 years of customer relationship management experience (or equivalent). * Strong oral and written communication; able to influence executives and C‑level stakeholders. * Proven track record of delivering customer‑focused solutions that drive satisfaction and revenue growth. * Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to manage multiple concurrent priorities. * Comfortable with high‑travel, quota‑bearing sales environment. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree (4‑year) in Business, Law, or related field. * No specific certifications required, but experience in legal industry highly desirable.
