Job Description
**Job Title:** CRM Engineer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain technical components of the Salesforce platform, focusing on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), data integrations, and DevOps pipelines. Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), telephony systems, and other enterprise platforms. Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) while adhering to design standards and governance. **Expectations** Develop scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs, including automation, data integration, and system reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize system performance. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and deploy Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC/Aura). - Build/maintain data pipelines, SOQL/SOSL queries, and integration logic between Salesforce, EDW, and telephony systems. - Monitor integration queues, API calls, and system health; resolve production issues and optimize failover resilience. - Design CTI/telephony integrations for screen-pop, call logging, and real-time API interactions. - Implement data retention policies, audit trails, and governance-compliant data management practices. - Execute CI/CD workflows using DevOps tools, collaborate on SDLC stages, and produce unit tests/automation scripts. - Document technical specifications, integration diagrams, and system configurations. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, LWC, SOQL, and ETL processes. - Experience with API integration (REST/SOAP), data modeling, and JSON/XML. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce SDLC, Agile workflows, and DevOps tools (CI/CD, version control). - Familiarity with EDW concepts, SSIS, SQL, and system architecture best practices. - Diagnostic/troubleshooting expertise for system integrations, automation, and production errors. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field + 3+ years Salesforce development experience. - Mandatory: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I. - Preferred certifications: Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Integration Architect Designer, Application Builder, Health Cloud Accredited Professional.
