Job Title: Community Manager (Internship/Apprenticeship) Role Summary: Support the growth of Jewbot’s online community by managing and creating engaging content across social media channels, collaborating on new feature launches, and analyzing performance metrics. Expectations: - Actively manage and animate Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms. - Produce compelling posts, stories, and short videos that resonate with a tech‑savvy audience. - Participate in launch campaigns for new features. - Respond promptly to community inquiries and foster engagement. - Generate innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and community growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels. 2. Create multimedia assets (graphics, captions, short videos) that align with brand voice. 3. Coordinate with product and marketing teams during feature rollout campaigns. 4. Monitor community interactions; reply to comments, messages, and mentions. 5. Track key performance indicators (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare analytic reports. 6. Propose creative initiatives to increase brand awareness and user acquisition. Required Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication in English and French. - Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva). - Creative content ideation and basic design/video editing skills. - Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. - Autonomous, self‑motivated, and proactive in generating new ideas. Required Education & Certifications: - Current enrolment in a university program related to Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a comparable field. - No specific certifications required, but knowledge of AI or emerging technologies is a plus. ---
