Job Description
**Job Title** Territory Sales Manager – East **Role Summary** Spearhead sales growth for Dorel’s baby‑care brands within the eastern French market, driving market share expansion, partner relationships, and in‑store visibility through strategic commercial initiatives and client training. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable revenue growth and market share targets. - Maintain an active presence in designated retail channels and GSA chains. - Lead multiple concurrent projects with a strong results orientation. - Travel frequently (minimum 2 nights/week) and attend weekend events as required. **Key Responsibilities** - Implement the commercial policy across specialty and general‑supply retailers. - Optimize marketing levers (4Ps) to support brand presence. - Manage a portfolio of accounts, develop joint business plans, and ensure client retention. - Provide product and category expertise to retail staff through training sessions. - Conduct point‑of‑sale promotions, participate in linear planning, and optimize merchandising layouts. - Handle direct ordering and back‑office processing for select accounts. - Gather market intelligence, deliver weekly reports and visit summaries. - Collaborate with the sales force team to influence overall performance. **Required Skills** - Proven sales and negotiation ability in GSA or specialty retail. - Strong training and presentation skills for diverse audiences. - Proactive, competitive, and results‑driven mindset. - Excellent organization, autonomy, and teamwork. - Adaptability to travel and weekend commitments. - (Plus) English proficiency and Salesforce experience. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Bac +2/3) in commerce, marketing, or related field. - Prior experience as a sales territory manager in GSA or specialized retail circuits.
