**Job Title** Inside Sales Representative **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth by managing existing and new client relationships from a central office. Focuses on lead generation, sales negotiation, and account administration to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. **Expectations** - Achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas and KPI targets. - Maintain a high level of professional client engagement. - Demonstrate continuous improvement in sales processes and product knowledge. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect and qualify new leads to build a robust pipeline. - Conduct outbound sales outreach and deliver product presentations. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements with prospects. - Manage and update CRM with accurate client data and sales activities. - Follow up on sales opportunities, prepare proposals and quotations. - Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to support closing deals. - Monitor and report on sales performance against goals. - Handle client inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction. - Foster long‑term relationships with key accounts to secure repeat business. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in inside sales or outbound prospecting. - Strong communication and negotiation abilities. - Customer‑centric mindset with excellent service orientation. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools. - Team‑player mentality with collaborative cross‑functional engagement. - Data‑driven approach to sales forecasting and reporting. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. - Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Inside Sales Professional) considered an advantage.
