Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Operations Support Manager **Role Summary:** Leads and optimizes commercial operations to drive revenue growth and operational excellence. Coordinates forecasting, pricing, demand planning, trade agreements, and sales force effectiveness while ensuring alignment with finance, sales, and customer service functions. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate sell‑in and ex‑factory forecasts and own pricing processes. - Align demand planning with inventory and logistics to minimize stock‑outs. - Identify and act on channel and customer growth opportunities. - Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and market‑access frameworks. - Foster collaboration across cross‑functional teams and external partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and own sell‑in/ex‑factory sales forecasts based on sell‑out data. - Coordinate demand planning, inventory alignment, and logistics requirements. - Monitor channel/customer performance; generate actionable insights. - Develop analytical dashboards and procedures for strategic decision‑making. - Lead Gross‑to‑Net (GTN) accrual process with Finance. - Design and implement national Commercial Policy in line with corporate strategy. - Manage hospital tender processes, including negotiations and dossier preparation. - Oversee trade agreements with wholesalers, purchasing groups, and resellers. - Direct Customer Service operations to ensure high‑quality, customer‑centric service. - Design and execute Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) programs, KPI tracking, CRM implementation, and channel mapping. - Coordinate sales incentive schemes with sales leadership and Country Manager. - Lead promotional activities with external partners, ensuring commercial alignment and compliance. **Required Skills:** - Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities; strong action planning and organization. - Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools preferred. - Deep knowledge of drug reimbursement, market access, and healthcare regulatory/legal frameworks. - Strong understanding of hospital purchasing and decision‑making processes. - Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration. - Proven ability to develop and interpret commercial dashboards and reports. - Professional fluency in English (written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications:** - University degree in Econometrics, Economics, Business Engineering, or a closely related field. - Minimum 5 years of revenue management experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
