**Job Title:**
Project Manager – Low‑Voltage (CFO) & Fire‑Alarm (CFA) Systems
**Role Summary:**
Lead the full lifecycle of complex low‑voltage and fire‑alarm projects for high‑performance building infrastructures. Ensure technical coherence, compliance with regulations, and delivery of high‑quality documentation while acting as the trusted technical reference for clients and internal teams.
**Expectations:**
- Autonomously manage projects from feasibility to commissioning.
- Maintain strict adherence to internal quality standards and regulatory norms.
- Deliver on schedule and budget while mitigating technical and contractual risks.
- Mentor and challenge study engineers and technicians.
- Contribute to methodological improvements and agency structuring.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct and supervise CFO/CFA technical studies from pre‑design to project hand‑over.
- Ensure overall technical consistency of installations (distribution, security, communication, building management, etc.).
- Produce or oversee delivery of engineering outputs: drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, calculation notes, schematics, and reports.
- Review and validate all project documents against internal excellence criteria.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with owners, architects, and AMO partners.
- Participate in design, coordination, and site meetings; issue technical visas, monitor execution, and manage reception procedures.
- Propose reliable, durable, and independent solutions, free from vendor bias.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate study engineers and project technicians.
- Support methodological choices, agency organization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- In‑depth knowledge of electrical regulations and standards (ERT, ERP, fire safety, accessibility, security).
- Proven ability to structure and deliver complex technical studies on time and to high quality.
- Proficiency with industry tools: AutoCAD, Caneco, Dialux, Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical mindset, risk anticipation, and detail orientation.
- Excellent communication and client‑management abilities.
- Leadership, autonomy, integrity, and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s (Bac +3) to Master’s (Bac +5) degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy, or related field (engineering school, professional licence, or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years managing complete CFO/CFA projects in a design‑build or consultancy environment.
