**Job Title:** Director of IT, Data, Analytics, Information Management, Automation & AI
**Role Summary**
Lead strategic transformation of enterprise data, analytics, and AI capabilities to drive organizational innovation. Transition the enterprise from fragmented reporting to a standardized, data-driven architecture with AI/GenAI integration. Build scalable infrastructure for automation, self-service analytics, and governed data ecosystems.
**Expectations**
Strategic leadership in data and AI, technical expertise in enterprise architecture, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder relationship management. Proven ability to execute multi-year digital roadmaps and foster agile, data-centric cultures.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy across all business functions (R&D, Commercial, TechOps, etc.).
- Migrate from application-centric reporting to standardized governed data entities, master data management, and self-service data platforms.
- Establish data integration, governance, and lineage frameworks to ensure quality, accessibility, and trust.
- Deliver AI/GenAI solutions (e.g., automation, agentic AI orchestration) with measurable business impact across operational, analytical, and productivity use cases.
- Design and implement automation solutions (RPA, intelligent workflows, chatbots) to enhance employee efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Develop enterprise-wide training programs to upskill teams in data literacy, analytics, and AI adoption.
- Act as IT data leader for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals, feedback loops, and cross-functional data use case deployment.
**Required Skills**
- Technical leadership in enterprise data governance, analytics platforms, and AI/GenAI frameworks.
- Strategic roadmapping and change management expertise.
- Proficiency in data integration tools, BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and automation technologies (RPA, AI orchestration).
- Deep understanding of data architecture, master data management, and cloud-native solutions.
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Strong communication for aligning technical and business priorities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Certifications in data governance (e.g., CDMP), AI/ML (e.g., AWS/Azure AI certifications), or enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) preferred.
