Job title: Sales Operations Specialist Role Summary: Executes sales processes, manages customer relationships, and supports business development to drive revenue growth and member retention. Serves as the primary liaison between prospects, members, sales teams, and external partners. Expectations: Deliver consistent membership renewals, package sales, and class enrollment targets; maintain high customer satisfaction; track and report KPIs for sales initiatives; provide timely support for partnership proposals and BD campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for members and prospects via WeChat, phone, email, and chat. - Convert inquiries into sales, handling inquiries and follow‑ups. - Manage client accounts, track package usage, schedule renewals, and perform post‑sale support. - Drive membership renewals, package purchases, and class enrollments. - Track sales KPIs and provide performance reports. - Assist in creating promotional materials and sales content. - Prepare proposals, support partnership development, and execute partnership agreements. - Coordinate logistics and communication for BD initiatives, events, and programs. Required Skills: - Strong communication, organization, and execution skills. - Proficiency in customer relationship management and sales tracking. - Ability to handle multiple inquiries via various communication channels. - Collaborative mindset with cross‑functional teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum high‑school diploma. - Preferred majors: Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Sports Management, or related fields. - Experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
